Newsflash: The Valley Center Chamber of Commerce "Goes Green" with Cosmic Solar!

A few months ago, the friendly crew here at Cosmic Solar approached the Valley Center Chamber of Commerce and pitched the idea of "going green" with a Cosmic Solar system.  

What a novel idea!

After evaluating their electric bill for the past 12 months, it became very clear our team could develop a solar electric system to eliminate their usage in the top, most expensive, tier and save them a significant amount of money each month.

Fast forward a month and the project is up and running.

In addition to saving money, the positive impact on the environment is also impressive. Consider these numbers:

Over the next 25 years, the new system on the Valley Center Chamber of Commerce building will reduce green house gas emissions by preventing 42 tons of carbon dioxide from being released into the Earth's atmosphere.

 42 tons of CO2 is the environmental equivalent of removing:

- A small car from the road which would have driven 141,695 miles

- A medium sized car from the road which would have driven 76,000 miles

- An SUV from the road which would have driven 53,248 miles

- An airplane from the sky which would have flown 86,186 miles

 This system will also prevent so many tons of carbon dioxide from being released in the atmosphere, it's the environmental equivalent of:

- Planting 1,672 trees in our community

- 76 fewer individuals throwing trash away
