Is Anybody Out There?

We don't often think about it, but the internet can be a lonely place.

I routinely visit some of my favorite blogs from time and truly wonder just how many people are like me and continue to visit the same blogs I frequent. Many times, viewers will leave comments on the blogs they fancy in order to create a conversation or relay their feelings about a specific topic. Often times they don't.

Sometimes, though, you wonder who's really out there reading.

A few weeks ago, I met with a couple named John and Kathleen, clients considering going solar, who were so kind as to mention they had been reading my blog and really enjoyed many of the articles. I was honored to hear they thought it was very well-written and being Kathleen was an editor who liked to proofread in her spare time, I considered her critiques and complements a great honor.

A week later, I met with another North County couple looking into solar only to find out they had also been reading the blog and liked the content. As I left their home after presenting their proposal, excited about the future prospects of their installation, I couldn't help but wonder, "how many others are out there silently reading the thoughts on my blog?"

It's a good question and one that's not necessarily easily tracked. So here's my challenge to you all out there. If you're reading this and you've enjoyed an article or two on cosmicsolar.blogspot.com, please leave me a message below! Better yet, if you have any questions about solar or would like clarifications regarding aspects of the installation or financing, I'm all ears and ready to take on your comments.

The tricky thing about the internet stems from the fact you never really know who's out there reading your work.

So feel free to take a second and leave a message. I'm all ears! Or if you prefer to continue reading articles each and every week here on the blog, that's just fine too. Thanks to everyone out there who continues to read on a weekly basis and we look forward to putting out new and exciting ideas for many years to come.

  1. I may be a bit biased. But I truly believe this to be the most informative and creative blog out there on solar technology.

Thanks to Pey for his informative and great writing style.
